This week’s goals – get some runs in, a couple a little faster than easy pace…

M – 5 miles easy run on road (+ some icy penguin walking = running training in Bend in winter) 56:29.

Recharge (http://www.rechargesport.com/) strength class.

T – climb @ Bend Rock Gym ( https://bendrockgym.com/ ), lead climb practice with the tether

W – REST

Th – 5 miles treadmill at long run pace (9:31) at Columbia, MD, Sheraton

F – core strength and stretching

Inner Harbor, Baltimore

Sa – 6 miles easy road along the Inner Harbor, 1:02:43 with Laura!

Su – 5 miles speed road along the Inner Harbor with Laura – 3 x 800m @ 8:00 minute mile pace
